The spark of Webale Ministries was protected and nurtured to the fire it is now after a chance meeting in Uganda that only the Lord could have arranged. We are committed to eliminating obstacles that families and children face in order to attend school. For some, the hindrance is providing school uniforms for their children, for others it’s missing chunks of time/dropping out of school altogether due to lack of sanitary products, for the majority the cost of tuition is simply too big a burden. We believe that Romans 12:13 perfectly illustrates our why: “Share with God’s people who are in need. Practice hospitality.” God has called each of us to serve Ugandan families in a real way. We believe that education is a key component in breaking the cycle of generational poverty in Uganda. It’s our prayer that people will be inspired to come alongside us in this venture.
